Redeem Code – How It Works
Please follow the steps below to redeem your code successfully.
Step 1: Enter Your Code and Email
Enter your redeem code in the Number Code field.
Enter a valid email address. This email will be used to verify your request and receive the result.
Step 2: Verify Your Email (OTP)
Click “Verify (Send OTP)”.
A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your email.
Enter the OTP to verify your email address.
If you request OTP too frequently, you may need to wait a short time before sending again.
Step 3: Submit Your Request
After entering the correct OTP, click Submit.
You will see a confirmation message indicating that your request has been received.
Step 4: Request Processing
Our team will review and process your redeem request.
If the code is valid, the correct code or result will be sent to your email.
Processing time: within 24 hours.
